Every piece is tailored to you and made one-of-a-kind. We love creating one-off designs and taking the custom approach to intertwine your preferences into our style. 

From confirming the design to production to the completion of a bespoke piece, it normally takes about 2 to 3 months before the ring is ready to be picked up. 

Inner ring engraving service is available for most designs with a minimum width of 2mm. The specifications are usually limited to the space within the inner circumference of the band.

With continual rising costs in materials and workmanship rates, as well as to cope with demand, we have been working with base pricing for our bespoke service. The current average spending for engagement ring is anywhere between $2,500 to $5,000, while average spending for a pair of wedding rings is usually between $3,600 to $4,800. These figures may form a guide on how much budget you may wish to set aside. 

Due to the nature of jewelry production, I choose to work only with high quality sterling silver and 18k gold in the respective tones: white gold, yellow gold and rose gold. These precious metals are mostly hypoallergenic and I am able to work well with these metals by hand.

Yes we will be able to source for most gemstones of any kind. If you have a particular gemstone in mind, we will try our best to find a suitable one with your preferred specifications. 

Knowing that this process can take a long time, our treasured collection of handpicked gemstones is available for you to make your selection from.

Unless they are graded diamonds, we would prefer not to use clients' own semi-precious gemstones as we cannot be liable for any damages during the production process. 

Yes, we use GIA diamonds that are readily available through our network of local traders. 

A complimentary resizing is available on the first time within a year of purchase, however this is limited to the style of the ring design as certain designs may not be suitable for further size change. Resizing can be done subsequently but at a small fee. 

As our pieces are made bespoke and one-off, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
